Guangxi Dali Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was originally an enterprise that mixed waste paper pulp and bagasse pulp to produce high-strength corrugated base paper. Because of its high quality and low price, its products have always been in short supply, with good economic benefits. In order to develop production and further control the pollution that affects the accuracy of experimental data, the company decided to raise funds from various sources for expansion. The five major factors affecting the performance and accuracy of the electronic tensile testing machine in the expansion project: from the feasibility study report, the expansion preliminary design of the ideal parts to meet the storage needs of pickup trucks and flat bed trucks, to the construction drawing design, are undertaken by China Light Industry Nanning Design Institute

the expansion project mainly includes the following parts: (1) the 3200mm long multi cylinder paper machine production line, with a production scale of 120t/d, produces 80 ~ 127g/m2 high-strength corrugated base paper, and the annual output can reach 40000 tons according to Zhao Yu; (2) Pulping: 100t/d OCC waste pulp production line and 100t/d sugarcane pulp production line are produced, and a complete alkali recovery production system is equipped; (3) Waste water treatment production line: including waste paper waste water treatment and middle section waste water treatment production line. After treatment, all the indicators of wastewater discharge are better than the water quality of grade 1 discharge standard stipulated by the state in 1999; (4) Boiler: add a 25t/d circulating fluidized bed boiler. After the expansion, the production capacity of the enterprise will reach 60000 T/A. The feasibility study report and the expanded preliminary design have been completed. At present, the construction drawing design is being carried out intensively and will be completed soon. Now all the funds required for the expansion have been in place, and it is expected to be put into operation in June2002. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will produce good economic and social benefits
